What is a Pre-Order and how does it work?
A pre-order means that you are ordering a garment that has not yet gone into production. If you buy a pre-order item, that means you are agreeing to wait until the TAT (tentative arrival time) to receive your item(s). Remember that TATs are not guaranteed - so make sure to order early and pay attention to sizing when placing your orders! All TATs will be listed on the listing of the pre-orders..
- Do not combine ready-to-ship items with pre-orders in one order.
- If you order items with different TATs, place them separately.
- Ready-to-ship items will be held until pre-order items are ready if combined.
PAY ATTENTION TO ARRIVAL TIMES?
I will often have items posted in the same PO with different arrival times. Please order all your January arrival times together on one order and all of your February arrival time items together. This ensures that you will receive them the moment they get to me! If you order these items together, you won't get your items until everything arrives from both POs..
Are returns or refunds allowed?
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly help with a replacement or store credit.
- Email info@savannahsmocks.com within 72 hours of receiving your item.
- Include clear photos of the defect.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Diners Club, and Discover. All payments are secure and encrypted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package until it arrives at your door.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us immediately at info@savannahsmocks.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
How should I care for my items?
- Wash gently in cold water.
- Air dry or lay flat to keep fabrics in great condition.
- Avoid harsh detergents or direct heat.
- Check product pages for specific care notes.
