Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. 

Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival. If you find a manufacturing defect in any full-priced item, please contact Savannah Smocks at info@savannahsmocks.com within 72 hours of receiving your item. Be sure to include photos of the defect in your email. Keep in mind that many of our items are handmade, and minor imperfections are to be expected.

For a return due to a manufacturing defect, the item must be in its original clear plastic packaging, unworn, and unwashed. We will send you a return shipping label, but the item must be mailed back to us within 5 business days. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you after inspecting the defective item. If no replacement is available, we will issue store credit. Please note that if the defective item is not returned within the 5 business days, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
