· What's a pre-order and how do they work?

A pre-order means that you are ordering a garment that has not yet gone into production. If you buy a pre-order item, that means you are agreeing to wait until the TAT (tentative arrival time) to receive your item(s). Remember that TATs are not guaranteed - so make sure to order early and pay attention to sizing when placing your orders! All TATs will be listed on the listing of the pre-orders.

***Please DO NOT combine a ready to ship item with a preorder item. If these items are combined, your ready to ship order will not ship until your preorder arrives.

PAY ATTENTION TO ARRIVAL TIMES

I will often have items posted in the same PO with different arrival times. Please order all your January arrival times together on one order and all of your February arrival time items together. This ensures that you will receive them the moment they get to me! If you order these items together, you won't get your items until everything arrives from both POs.

· What's your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. 

Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival. If you find a manufacturing defect in any full-priced item, please contact Savannah Smocks at savannahsmocksllc@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your item. Be sure to include photos of the defect in your email. Keep in mind that all our items are handmade, and minor imperfections are to be expected.

For a return due to a manufacturing defect, the item must be in its original clear plastic packaging, unworn, and unwashed. We will send you a return shipping label, but the item must be mailed back to us within 5 business days. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you after inspecting the defective item. If no replacement is available, we will issue store credit. Please note that if the defective item is not returned within the 5 business days, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
